About the Award

Winners of the Super Service Award are determined via a stringent process. In order to qualify, businesses must have a minimum number of reviews posted on their Angie’s List profile. They must also be in good standing with Angie’s List.

Additionally, the criteria for the award include passing background checks and abiding by Angie’s List operational guidelines. Businesses must maintain an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade and review period grade as well. Typically, they are graded on an A through F scale in several areas including professionalism, price and punctuality.
